PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ensured notification of a calling request from a first user. SOLUTION: A calling signal is transmitted from a wireless transmitter 10<SB>n</SB>as a radio signal. In response to the reception of the above calling signal, based on first identification information included in the calling signal, the calling request is notified from the wireless transmitter 10<SB>n</SB>identified by first identification information. In response to a predetermined operation for requesting to start communication initiated by a second user according to the notification, control is made to connect a communication line with a communication terminal 50<SB>n</SB>corresponding to the wireless transmitter 10<SB>n</SB>via the first identification information.
