PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone-wireless telephone call speech cooperation system with which the arrival range of an interphone call and an abnormality notice are extended by effectively utilizing a telephone exchange system. SOLUTION: An interphone-telephone interface 5 for interlocking a multiple dwelling house interphone system S1 with the telephone exchange system S2 is interposed between an alarm monitor panel 1 and a telephone exchange 6, which includes a group registration setting means DB that registers identification information items of a plurality of mobile terminals 8 being objects of general calling as a group according to house designation when receiving a relay transmission signal of the house designation.
