PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus request arbitration device capable of performing arbitration of bus requests without reducing system processing capability. SOLUTION: This bus request arbitration device 101 performing the arbitration of the bus requests outputted from a plurality of function blocks connected to a common bus has: a detection means 207 identifying the bus request outputted from the prescribed function block, and detecting the kind of the bus request; and an adjustment means 208 adjusting a bus request issuing interval of the prescribed function block according to the kind of the bus request detected by the detection means 207.
