摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide channel structure for stably supplying a specimen (liquid) through a micro channel, to a very small mass detecting chip (integrated type QCM sensor chip) with a proper ligand for capturing a detection target formed on an excitation electrode constructed in a recess of the very small mass detecting chip with a "thickness" therebetween, and for detecting a mass change generated by coupling or the like occurring thereon as a frequency change. SOLUTION: A micro channel part 2 comprises the recess formed on a piezoelectric substrate 1 and is formed by covering the recess, and is formed with an excitation electrode part for generating a unidirectional progressive wave in at least one part of the micro channel part. The micro channel part is provided also with a plurality of recesses separated at prescribed intervals on the piezoelectric substrate, forms the excitation electrodes 3 on a surface and a reverse face of the each recess of the piezoelectric substrate, and makes the very small mass of specimen flow efficiently, by making the electrodes on the one face serve as reaction electrodes, and by arranging the electrodes in a front stage of the very small mass detecting chip for forming the ligand of capturing a reaction state on the respective side electrodes.
