PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prevention apparatus for vehicle jump-out in a chassis dynamometer for preventing a vehicle from jumping out reliably. SOLUTION: The prevention apparatus 20 for preventing a vehicle 6 from jumping out of a chassis dynamometer body in testing comprises: a first arm 22 where a small roller 21 is rotatably mounted to one side edge; a second arm 24 that is connected to the other edge of the first arm 22 via a coupling section 23 and can be bent freely to the first arm 22; a vehicle support section 25 that can be adhered to the bottom surface of the vehicle 6 while the second arm 24 is mounted rotatably; and a third arm 26 rotatably mounted to the vehicle support section 25. In testing, when a tire 8 travels in front of a prescribed position of the roller 3, the vehicle 6 is lifted up by utilizing force where the tire 8 runs on the small roller 21; the second arm 44 is erected, and further the third arm 26 is inclined while its lower part faces forward and the lower part comes into contact with a floor surface 1, thus preventing the vehicle 6 from jumping out.
