PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of performing stable heating with a simple structure and reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This heating device comprises a first heating plate 1, a second heating plate 2 mounted in opposition to the first heating plate 1 at a prescribed distance and having a plurality of holes 5, and a halogen heater 3 mounted at a prescribed distance from a face 2a of the second heating plate 2.
