PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building which can secure a space wide enough beyond the unit boundary, and facilitate the transportation and assembling work of a reinforcement body. SOLUTION: The building unit 30 is provided with three pillars 32 and a removable temporary pillar. An almost gate type reinforcement body 48 is inserted into and fixed at a clearance 46 formed between the building units 30 arranged adjacent to each other. This gate type reinforcement 48 is divided into parts at prescribed positions, so that its components are of a small size and their transportation and assembling workability can be improved.
