PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing type waterproof plate device capable of securing and maintaining waterproofness between struts vertically installed on the right and left sides of an entrance to the underground and a standing waterproof plate without using a pressure mechanism by two-shaft hinge and securing and maintaining the waterproofness of a divided portion without requiring an intermediate strut even if the waterproof plate is of a divided type. SOLUTION: In this standing type waterproof plate device, the waterproof plate 2 is formed hoistably relative to a base member 1. The right and left side-parts of the standing waterproof plate 2 are supported on support parts such as the struts 3L, 3R while maintaining the waterproofness. The right and left side end parts of the standing waterproof plate 2 and the receiving parts 3L, 3R of the struts receiving the right and left side end parts are connected to each other so as to be joined to and separated from line-like waterproof fasteners 4L, 4R over the entire length (height) between the both parts.
