PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe cover which has sufficiently high water drain capability, absorbs unevenness in construction work of a drain pipe, connects a conductor with the drain pipe securely, and improves workability of cleaning around an upper end part of the drain pipe. SOLUTION: This drain pipe cover is provided with: a main body 2 like a straight pipe whose inside diameter is larger than the outer dimension of the conductor, and whose outside diameter is smaller than the inside diameter of the drain pipe; and a plinth block part 3 being separate from the main body and slidable along an outer face of the main body. The plinth block part is provided with: a slide-contact part 4 coming into slide-contact with the outer face of the main body; and a swelling part 5 whose bore is enlarged more than the outside diameter of the main body.
