PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded product which is excellent in weather resistance, impact resistance, fluidity, and a matte property under broad molding conditions. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer component containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer, and a (meth)acrylic ester rubber-like polymer (G) swelled by an acid group-containing copolymer latex (K), and comprises 20-80 parts by mass of graft copolymer (A) wherein an amount of the vinyl cyanide monomer contained in the vinyl monomer component is 27-50 mass% and 80-20 parts by mass of hard copolymer containing a (meth)acrylic ester monomer (B).
