PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension member structure capable of increasing the rigidity of a suspension member. SOLUTION: In the suspension member structure 10, a stabilizer 30 and a power steering gear box 40 are arranged in a recess 20 of a suspension member 12. In addition, a lower brace 22 is fixed to the suspension member 12 to form a closed section 28 between the recess 20 and itself, and the lower brace 22 is mounted on the suspension member 12 together with the stabilizer 30 and the power steering gear box 40.
