PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a visor for an automobile capable of simply and surely mounting a synthetic resin made fleshier visor which is generally used at present to a window frame of the automobile. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure 1 of the visor for the automobile, a connecting member 5 connecting a mounting part 3 with the window frame 4, and a joining member 6 joining the mounting part 3 with the window frame 4 are mounted to the mounting part 3 provided on the visor 2, and mounting part 3 of the visor 2 is mounted to the window frame 4 with both members 5, 6. The connecting member 5 has sandwiching pieces 10, 10 and 11 sandwiching the mounting part 3 of the visor 2 from back and forth at the upper part, has a sandwiching piece 12 sandwiching the lower end of the window frame 4 at the lower part, and the clearance between both sandwiching pieces is set to a predetermined dimension by an intermediate piece 13.
