PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image small-scale diagnostic system which enables an easy and efficient diagnosis when used in a small-scale facility. SOLUTION: The small-scale diagnostic system is equipped with an image generating device 2 for generating captured images of an examined object based on image data acquired by imaging the examined object, a control device 3 having an entry part 34 for entering identification information to specify the imaged examined object, a communication part 36 for receiving image data of the captured image generated by the image generating device 2, and a CPU 31 for performing image processing to generate a determined captured image out of captured images received by the communication part 36 and relating processing to relate the determined captured image to the identification information by taking the determined captured image generated from the image data received by the communication part 36 after entering the identification information before the other identification information is entered as the determined captured image corresponding to the identification information, and a server 4 for saving the determined captured image and identification information which are related.
