PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of Japanese clogs always accustomed to wearing as a health implement. SOLUTION: In this pair of Japanese clogs, a clog thong 3 is fitted to the bed 2 of the clog 1, and a front tooth 4 and a rear tooth 5 are formed on the back of the bed 2. In the invention, the front tooth 4 and the rear tooth 5 are made different in height so that the rear tooth 5 is lower than the front tooth 4 by 10 to 20 mm. When both teeth are grounded, the posture of a wearer is a little bent and his back is stretched, and in walking, the lower limb is trained by repeating the posture of standing on the heels with the rear tooth 5 and the rear edge 7 grounded and the posture of standing on tiptoes with the front edge 6 and the front tooth 4 grounded.
