<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately decrease pressure loss in a connection passage part of a communicating hole extending to the stacking direction and a passage extending along a water permeable membrane. <P>SOLUTION: A humidifier 14 has first and second separators 42, 44 arranged on each side of the water permeable membrane 40. First and second reaction gas passages 52, 54 having a plurality of groove parts 52a, 52b bending or curving in almost a U shape are formed in the first separator 42. A first inlet connection passage part 60a connected to an air inlet communication hole 48a is installed in the opening end of one of first and second reaction passages 52, 54, and the passage height of the groove parts 52b, 54b constituting the first inlet connection passage part 60a is set higher than the passage height of the groove parts 52a, 54a on the central side of the first and second reaction gas passages 52, 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
