<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary ultrasonic motor which can rotate an output shaft of the motor at high speed without dropping torque. <P>SOLUTION: This rotary ultrasonic motor includes a motor case 21, the above motor output shaft 22 which is provided rotatably for the motor case 21, a first stator 23 which is fixed to the motor case 21, a first rotor 24 which constitutes a first ultrasonic motor part 27 in cooperation with the first stator 23, a second stator 25 which is fixed to the motor output shaft 22, and a second rotor 26 which constitutes a second ultrasonic motor part 28 in cooperation with the second stator 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
