<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut inspection device capable of determining the quality of a welding projection part formed on the seat surface of a welding nut. <P>SOLUTION: This nut inspection device has an adopted constitution having a vibration feeder 1 for sending out the welding nut N in the state where the seat surface has an upward attitude, a belt conveyor 2 for loading and conveying the welding nut N sent out from the vibration feeder 1, a floodlight 3 for irradiating laser light L toward a position where the welding projection part n of the welding nut N conveyed by the belt conveyor 2 passes, a photodetector 4 for detecting the laser light L irradiated from the floodlight 3, and a determination part 5 for determining the quality of the welding projection part n of the welding nut N based on the quantity of the laser light L detected by the photodetector 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
