COMMUNICATION CONTROL APPARATUS AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus and a communication control method capable of controlling communication with high accuracy on the basis of an average of measured values by gradually increasing a forgetting factor so as to reduce an error in the average due to an improper initial value in the case of calculating the average of the measured values by weighted mean using the forgetting factor.

SOLUTION: The communication control apparatus includes: a weighted mean processing section for updating the average of the measured values by the weighted mean using the forgetting factor in a prescribed timing; a forgetting factor calculation section for gradually increasing the forgetting factor; and a communication control section for controlling the communication on the basis of the average.
