<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable low refractive index resin composition that is suitable for uses of electronic materials and has excellent coating properties and provides a cured material or a cured film satisfying all of heat resistance in a high-temperature range characteristic of an electronic material, film hardness and solvent resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The copolymer (A) is obtained by copolymerizing (a) a (meth)acrylic acid ester having an alicyclic backbone with (b) a fluorine atom-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester and (c) both or one selected from the group consisting of (c-1) a (meth)acrylic acid ester containing one hydroxy group in the structure and (c-2) a monofunctional unsaturated group-containing compound containing one carboxy group in the structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
