<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coal ash granulated sand which is suppressed in the elution of boron for making it possible to effectively utilize a large amount of it as civil engineering and building materials for such as civil engineering materials like a banking material, a backfilling material and the like, fine aggregate, a concrete admixture, and the like; and a method of efficiently manufacturing the coal ash granulated sand. <P>SOLUTION: A granulation aid, lime and/or gypsum are added to coal ash, and the resultant mixture is granulated, then cured. Also, cement and a reducer are further added to it. It is preferable that the ratio of the gypsum to 100 pts.wt. of the total weight of the lime and the gypsum is 37.5-75 pts.wt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
