<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrap polymer treatment apparatus which can smoothly recover scrap polymers discharged from a polymer filter and prevent the adhesion of the scrap polymers. <P>SOLUTION: The scrap polymer treatment apparatus 1 has an inclined plate 21 for cooling which receives and slides down the liquid scrap polymers 81 dropping from the outlet 74 of the polymer filter 7, a blowoff nozzle 31 for sliding down which ejects a gas for sliding down from an upper side end part in the inclination direction in the upper surface of the inclined plate 21, and a blowoff nozzle 32 for cooling which ejects a gas for cooling to the lower surface of the inclined plate 21.
