PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and flexibly execute a specific program according to a schedule. SOLUTION: A schedule executing part 103 performs access to a storage means for storing a calling list registered in a database 105, and confirms the presence/absence of the calling of a Web service to be executed. Then, when the existence of the calling of the Web service to be executed is confirmed, the address and processing content of the Web service are read, and the Web service is called.
