PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter which maximizes a reduction effect of a ripple current, even if a generated compound current is different to be an (m) phase and an (n) phase. SOLUTION: In the inverter to feed the compound current to a rotary electric machine for driving its two rotors independently each other, when the compound current consists of the (m) phase and the (n) phase, a relative phase of at least two currents of the (m) phase current is 180 degrees, and a relative phase of at least two currents of the (n) phase current is 0 degree, the inverter is constituted so that it may control phase differences to minimize the ripple current generated at two rotors by including a triangular wave generating means 18 independently provided which outputs triangular waves having the predetermined phase differences each other, wherein the triangular waves are used to obtain a PWM drive pulse signal.
