PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker grill capable of preventing the decline of sound quality in an oblique direction with simple constitution, and a speaker device. SOLUTION: The speaker device 1 has a diaphram 223 and the speaker grill 4 equipped on the front surface side of the diaphram 223, and the speaker grill 4 is provided with an opening region part 41 formed at the front surface position of the diaphram 223 for opening the entire outer diameter of the diaphram 223 in the front direction of the diaphram 223 and a shielding region part 42 formed at the side part of the opening region part 41 for shielding a part of the diaphram 223 in the oblique direction of the diaphram 223. Thus, the decline of the sound quality in the oblique direction is prevented with the simple constitution. Also, for the speaker grill 4, since the opening region part 41 is formed in the front direction, the sound quality in the front direction is not lowered. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
