PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dielectric paste having a high dielectric constant, a low dielectric tangent and an excellent insulating property, a capacitor having the high dielectric constant and the low dielectric tangent, and a substrate with the capacitor. SOLUTION: The dielectric paste having the high dielectric constant, the low dielectric tangent and the excellent insulating property is attained by prescribing the mean grain size and content of a high dielectric-constant filler and the content, boiling point, and vapor pressure of a diluent while using the high dielectric-constant filler, an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and the diluent as essential components. A dielectric is composed of the dielectric paste, and the capacitor is composed of a conductor. The substrate has a built-in capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
