PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounting electronic part to be mounted on a printed circuit board or a hybrid IC (HIC), highly reliable in heat resistance or pressure resistance and low in cost. SOLUTION: An inductor 1 as an electronic part is formed on a substrate 3, and it has a lamination structure where an extraction electrode 5 and a protection layer 9 protecting the same are formed having a rectangular parallelepiped appearance by using thin film formation technology. The extraction electrode 5 is provided with: a first electrode 5a which is electrically connected with a coil conductor, and is provided with an exposure part exposing over the outer surface; and a second electrode 5b which has a width different from that of the first electrode 5a and exposes over the outer surface, and which is formed right above the first electrode 5a and is electrically connected with the first electrode 5a.
