PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser device which can be sufficiently suppressed in the change of a oscillation wavelength caused by a change of an environmental temperature. SOLUTION: When there is a difference between the internal gas pressure of a solid-state laser housing 20 and outside atmospheric pressure, a thin portion 21 of the wall of a box 20a is deformed to change the volume of the solid-state laser housing 20, and to make the internal gas pressure of the solid-state laser housing 20 equal to the outside atmospheric pressure.
