PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key top structure never easily unfastened from the outside, stabilizing waterproof and drip-proof performance and excelling in assembly work efficiency. SOLUTION: This key top structure is provided with a key top body part and a holder part arranged therein, and attached to a predetermined part. The key top structure is structured so that the key top body part is provided with an outer surface part exposed to the outside, a peripheral side surface part having a shape adapted to the predetermined part, and an internally arranged part for tightly receiving the holder part; and the holder part is provided with a lock part formed into an appearance shape adapted to the inside shape of the internally arranged part for preventing the key top structure from being unfastened by locking it at the predetermined part.
