PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a manufacturing method of a plasma display panel (PDP) capable of reducing burning process time by increasing temperature rise speed, when forming the structure of the PDP requiring the burning process. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing process of a PDP having the structure formed through the burning process, a temperature profile in the burning process has a plurality of temperature rise steps of temperature rise speed until top keep temperature Tp is reached and does not have a period, where temperature until the top keep temperature Tp is reached is made constant.
