摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device which facilitates correlation of each measuring point by two cameras, and acquires texture information of a measuring object. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional coordinate measuring device has: cameras 1-1, 1-r having respectively zoom functions for photographing the measuring point and outputting image information; an actuator 2 for rotating the cameras more than one degree of freedom; and a rotation angle sensor for measuring the rotation angle of the cameras, and also has: a light source 6 irradiating light and forming a light spot on the measuring point; and the third camera 1-c having a wide angle lens for retrieving the light spot. First of all, the light spot is retrieved, based on image information from the third camera, and the actuator and the zoom function are controlled so that each gaze line of the cameras 1-1, 1-r agrees with the retrieved light spot. Then, the three-dimensional coordinate of the measuring point is calculated by the principle of triangulation by using the rotation angle measured by the rotation angle sensor.
