PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for a two-step open type door, which is reduced in the number of components and has excellent rigidity. SOLUTION: A locking member 4 is projected from a lock shaft 3. A cutout part 8 is formed in a lock receiving seat 6 at the hole edge part of a lock hole 7. A latch body 9 fitted to the lock receiving seat 6 is movably biased in the direction of the cutout part 8. The intermediate part side-face of the lock shaft 3 is formed of an arcuate surface part 3a and a flat surface part 3b. A handle 2 is rotatingly biased to an opening position. When the locking member 4 is engaged with the lock receiving seat 6 and a door 1 is locked, the latch body 9 is brought into contact with the arcuate surface part 3a of the lock shaft 3. When the handle 2 is rotated to the opening position, the locking member 4 is moved until it is overlapped with the cutout part 8, and the latch body 9 is brought into contact with the flat surface part 3b of the lock shaft 3. When the handle 2 is pulled, the lock shaft 3 is pulled out a predetermined length from the lock hole 7, the latch body 9 is engaged with a stopper wall 11 at the end of the flat surface part 3b, and the door 1 is held at the partially opened position.
