PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projected corner accessory for installing an exterior panel on an external wall of an existing building through furring strips. SOLUTION: This projected corner accessory 4 for installing the exterior panel 6 covering the external wall 5 of the existing building is provided with: a base part 4b arranged on an inner side of the exterior panel 6; and a cover part 4a arranged on an outer side of the exterior panel 6. The base part 4b and the cover part 4a are integrally constituted, the furring strips 2 extending in the vertical direction are arranged on the external wall 5 in the vicinity of a corner part of the existing building, and the base part 4b is fixed on the external wall 5 of the existing building through the furring strips 2.
