PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for melt spinning by continuously adding powdery granules such as functional particles, pigment, etc., having very bad handling property and fluidity at a definite ratio directly to a thermoplastic resin without forming a master batch. SOLUTION: This method for melt spinning the thermoplastic resin fiber containing 0.01-10 wt.% range powdery granular material A having≥35°angle of repose measured by a pouring in method is provided by keeping the inside pressure of a feed passage of powdery granular material B of the thermoplastic resin as a positive pressure and also≤1,000 Pa difference of the inside pressures with the storage vessel of the powdery granular body A, and also spinning while continuously adding the powdery granular material A from the storage vessel to the feeding passage so as to make≤20% CV value of the feeding amount per one min.
