PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition effective for the prevention and/or treatment of diseases such as arteriosclerosis, hyperlipemia and dyslipidemia to which the inhibition of cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) is effective.
