PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud pressure dehydration device for pressure-dehydrating mud such as sludge generated in the jet grout construction method which is capable of conducting the dehydration treatment of mud by relatively simple device, of efficiently conducting the dehydration, of conducting the dehydration to a predetermined water content and of conducting the dehydration of a large amount of mud in a short time depending on the earth and sand composition or water content of mud. SOLUTION: The mud dehydration device comprises a cylinder type dehydration vessel 2 composed by a cylindrical mesh screen 3, of which both ends are opened, a hollow piston 4 with a large diameter which has a predetermined length and which is inserted from one end side to the inside of the dehydration vessel 2, an oil pressure (air pressure) cylinder 5 which transfers the piston 4 reciprocally with a predetermined stroke and an on-off valve 6 of which the opening of one end of the dehydrating vessel 2 is normally closed and is opened by pressure loading. The device compresses the sludge incorporated in the screen under pressure to dehydrate or subjects the piston 4 to the reciprocal movement to continuously conduct the dehydration treatment, and discharges the treated soil that the dehydration treatment has been conducted, from the on-off valve 6.
