PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on game parlor workers and to enable the worker to attend to a customer on the spot when necessary. SOLUTION: A prize management device E instructs a specified prize delivering machine to deliver a prize by using a card in which data including the number of obtained balls is stored. A customer operation surface 1 is provided on one side of the device E, and a worker operation surface 2 is provided on the other side. A card reading part 5 is provided inside the device E for reading the data from the card. The customer operation surface 1 is provided with a card inserting mouth 10 for receiving the card for the reading part 5, a display means 11 for customers for displaying data read by the reading part 5, and an operation means 12 for customers for a player to perform delivering operation of the prize. The worker operation surface 2 is provided with a display means 21 for workers for displaying data read by the reading part 5, and an operation means 22 for workers for the worker to perform delivering operation of the prize.
