PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket angle adjuster capable of reducing the cost by dispensing with an operation shaft and simplifying the connection between a wedge releasing member and a gear of an electric motor. SOLUTION: In a seat 1, the front/rear tilt angle of a seat back 3 relative to a seat cushion 2 is adjusted by circulating a pair of wedge members 16A and 16B in a loosening direction by the rotating operation of the wedge releasing member 19 to change an engagement position of an internal gear 15 with an external gear 14, the outer circumferential part of the wedge releasing member 19 is rotatably fitted to and retains a large-diameter hole part 14c in the center of the external gear 14, and the wedge releasing member 19 is directly connected to a driving part of the electric motor 7 rotating the wedge releasing member 19.
