PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs and improve assembling workability by reducing a number of sliders to be used and a manhour for adjusting a clearance in an expandable container cargo vehicle having a cargo handling arm with a rectangular-sectioned outer arm, and a tip arm slidably fitted in the outer arm via slide means. SOLUTION: Right and left inclined parts Ms forming a triangle-sectioned clearance Cs between right and left corners on a bottom end of an outer arm O are formed at right and left corners on a bottom end of an approximate rectangular-sectioned tip arm M. Slide means comprises a pair of right and left bottom sliders Lf, Lr having an inclined slide face fs slidably contacting the inclined part Ms, and a horizontal supporting face fh and a perpendicular supporting face fv contacting a horizontal face and a perpendicular face at corners on the bottom end of the outer arm O corresponding to the inclined part Ms; and top sliders Uf, Ur interposed between a top wall bottom face of the outer arm O and a top wall top face of the tip arm M and allowing relative slide between them.
