PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the precedence of the control input when a vehicle is in the turning behavior control by sensing whether the vehicle cornering is in the understeer trend or the oversteer trend before it should generate a deviation of the actual yaw rate from the target yaw rate. SOLUTION: Judgement is made for which is greater relatively, the eccentricity of the grounding load between a pair of front wheels or the eccentricity of the grounding load between a pair of rear wheels, on the basis of the eccentricity of a free piston which is to put the difference of the working oil pressure in a shock absorber of the front right wheel from the working oil pressure in a shock absorber of the front left wheel so as to confront the difference of the working oil pressure in a shock absorber of the rear left wheel from the working oil pressure in a shock absorber of the rear right wheel.
