PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorably transferable hologram transfer foil, the protective layer of which has enough high durability. SOLUTION: This transfer foil consists of a releasing layer, a protective layer, a hologram layer, a reflecting layer and a bonding layer formed in the order named on one side of a base material under the condition that the releasing layer is made of a melamine base resin, the protective layer and the hologram layer include a hardened matter of an ionizing radiation curable resin containing a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer as a specified reaction product, only the protective layer includes a polyethylene wax under the condition that the content of the polyethylene wax in the protective layer lies by mass in the ratio of the ionizing radiation curable resin:the polyethylene wax=100:0.01-10, the total thickness of the protective layer and the hologram layer is at least 10μm and the thickness ratio between them is set to lie in the one of the protective layer:the hologram layer=1:2-10.
