PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder superior in reliability which prevents defective discharge of papers. SOLUTION: The recorder has a recording head which carries out recording to a medium to be recorded in a recording region, and a supporting member which has a conveyance path of a nearly straight shape and supports the medium or a holding member for holding the medium so as to convey the medium or the holding member to a recording part. The supporting member is equipped with a guide member for positionally regulating the medium or the holding member in a manner to be able to come out and retreat from a loading face for the medium or holding member. The guide member is constituted not to project from the loading face for the medium or holding member of the supporting member according to a kind of the medium or holding member.
