TRANSACTION PROCESSING CONTENT CONFIRMATION DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain enhancement of operation efficiency and suppression of operation errors by partially automating a creation operation of a reply telegram regarding a confirmation operation and reference to the processing content when a general communication telegram for referring to the transfer processing content is received.

SOLUTION: When the telegram for referring to the content of a transfer request is received from the content of the general communication telegram (reference), conditions are automatically extracted from the reference telegram to retrieve a subject by a transaction processing data base server 4, an image is fetched from a form image management system 7 of a transfer processing request to be displayed and a reply to the reference is easily performed.
