<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power output apparatus capable of reducing electric power losses. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 60 controls inverters 20, 30 so that a commercial AC voltage is generated between neutral points N1, N2 to output electric power to a load device 90. In order for the amount of electricity generated by a motor generator MG1 to become approximately equal to the amount of electric power output from the neutral points N1, N2 to the load device 90, the controller 60 calculates the desired engine speed EGNR of an engine 4 mechanically coupled to the motor generator MG1 and outputs the desired engine speed EGNR calculated to an engine ECU 65 that controls the engine 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
