<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a device which is probably moved without monitoring movements of respective devices. <P>SOLUTION: In the positional information management device 10, a group of devices used at similar positions is estimated for every fixed time based on use history stored in a use history table 13a. After that, the positional information management device 10 retrieves a device with the lowest movement probability among the guessed group of devices from a positional information management table 13b when the devices used at the similar positions are not the same as the positions of the guessed group of devices. Then, present positional information of the retrieved devices is acquired from the positional information management table 13b and furthermore, a device having positional information different from the acquired present positional information is specified among the group of devices.
