PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for analyzing the status of access to the document database of members participating in a conference.

SOLUTION: The use status of documents in a conference is analyzed through analysis that employs conference information and a log of access to a document management system. Information about the time that the conference is held and participating members is obtained. The access status of the participating members to the document management system during, before and after the conference is analyzed and visualized for presentation. The configuration makes it possible to know the utilization status of the conference and the degree of its influence on subsequent work and analyze the degree of use of the document management system corresponding to different conferences. It is possible to estimate the effects of each conference and present improvement plans based on the analysis.
