PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently carry a recyclable pail pack for a welding wire. SOLUTION: This carrying device for a pail pack includes two or more connecting members of an upper end guide member and a ring section for hooking which are provided on both sides of upper sections of the connecting members. In this case, the connecting member surrounds the lower surface of the pail pack in which a welding wire is housed, and, is made of a flexible material so as to be wound in the vertical direction, and of which the mutually overlapped sections are combined by sewing. The upper end guide member is made of a flexible material in a manner to surround the upper section of the pail pack, and of which the overlapped sections with the connecting members are combined by sewing.
