<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet just suitable for cutting with a knife, a laminated electronic component using such ceramic green sheet, and a method of manufacturing the same ceramic green sheet and laminated electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet 11 has storing elasticity of 120 to 436 MPa. Therefore, generation of crack and chipping can be prevented when a ceramic green laminated material 12 formed by laminating the ceramic green sheets 11 is cut with a knife 13. Moreover, since the ceramic green sheet 11 has loss elasticity of 12 to 56 MPa, it can be prevented, on the occasion of cutting the ceramic green laminated material 12 with the knife 13, that the ceramic mist covers the leading end surface of a conductor, and the ceramic green laminated materials 12a which have been cut away are adhered with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
