<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for opening capable of preventing the occurrence of any situation wherein fingers of a person are caught in members of the apparatus for opening when a sash is being stored in its storage such as a door pocket in a manner different from an ordinary procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for an opening comprises a frame A, a sash C installed in the frame A in a slidable manner in right and left directions, and a sash pocket D for storing the sash C. A mullion E is installed at an indoor side between an opening F and the sash pocket D of the frame A. The mullion E overlaps with a stile 23 in front and behind at the opposite side of the pocket D of the sash C when storing the sash C to the sash pocket D. An angle 33a made of a synthetic resin is installed to an end face of the mullion E at the side of opening F. The angle 33a is equipped with a resin plate 34a covering said end face at a position separated by a predetermined distance from said end face of the mullion E. A soft board portion 37 made of a soft resin is used at the indoor side of the resin plate 34a; and a space permitting an elastic deformation for the soft board portion 37 is arranged at the mullion E side of the soft board portion 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
