PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of automatically transmitting a program advertisement resource at on-air by a local station from a plurality of program advertisement resources distributed from a key station to the local station. SOLUTION: A program advertisement resource transmission method automatically measures the plural program advertisement resources on the basis of resource start point information of each program advertisement resource by distributing also the resource start point information of each program advertisement resource, and transmits a program advertisement resource to be on-air extracted from the program advertisement resources at the on-air on the basis of a resource start point and a resource length of each program advertisement resource confirmed by this measurement or the resource start point and a resource end point.
