PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer that exhibits good moldability and gives a molded product of reduced flickering feeling, and a molded product of the copolymer. SOLUTION: The ethylene/α-olefin copolymer comprises a monomer unit derived from ethylene and a monomer unit derived from a 3-20Cα-olefin and has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.01-100 g/10 min, a flow activation energy (Ea) of at least 50 kJ/mol, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of at least 3 obtained by the gel permeation chromatography and the number of microdefects of at most 2,000 pieces/m<SP>2</SP>.
